    Ye, I typically only do them for networks that I'm managing, but if someone really wanted one, they're extremely high quality and detailed ;)

    If you think about this you get really good profit from it. Someone pays you to buy a staff application the player gets accepted then gets demoted because hes nothing how described in the application so you kinda made a $5 for no reason. Maybe over thinking this but this is how I see it lol

    Well I did take the time to write out a quality application, so I did it for a reason. Whether they get demoted or not is up to them.
