Thread Creation Limit

Hello I believe there should be a thread creation limit. These scammers are getting out of hand

WHY?
-Tactic used by common scammers is to keep making new threads because their old threads have negative comments exposing then for scamming.
-Can help mctrades to raise money to build the website more

IMPLEMENTATION?
-Need a rank to create more than 3 threads in a section per month
-Diamond Rank 5 threads per section per month
-Emerald Rank 7 threads per section per month
-If you exceed to thread limit you have to pay a fee. Maybe $1/extra thread

NOTE: These numbers can be changed by staff if this is implemented.

Like I said the numbers can be changed. Also, for name account selling it's hard to scan bc you're gonna have to link the account, but like selling UFA, Netflix, etc. There should definitely be a thread limit for new users with no ranks.
For name/Cape account selling, unlimited threads is fine. The other sections no

Only people that know what they're doing can make a new account without getting banned for bypassing

Also there's no reason you would need more than 3 threads a month for account selling as a beginner unless of course your other threads have received bad comments
