    Updates

    - ADDED BITCOIN CASH & LITECOIN TO CHECKOUT!
    - Removed nfas & sfas (some didn't work so a ton of ppl came for refunds, got everything settled but cba to deal with it again)
    - Removed BCH and LTC from payments, also added cheaper accounts depending on the amount bought
