    Did you face any Problem with BTC Confirmation?
    I face this problem. a lot of transactions still pending from last 2 weeks. I face a problem 1-time last year. it fixed automatically last time. so I just waiting or what you think?

    This same issue happened to me, I believe it is just due to the recently spike in btc. Many of my transactions that have been taking weeks to be confirmed have extremely low sat/byte input (price of gas), which also results in a slow transaction. There Is no real way to prevent this due to some wallets being able to set their gas price, however you could just encourage customers to send payments with higher gas prices.
