    So as you know here https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360042692852-Can-I-buy-or-sell-Minecraft-Accounts- Mojang states that selling Minecraft accounts is not allowed and is stated similarly here https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula#:~:text=This permission is personal to,or resell any license keys. as well but how do websites like mctrades.org, alts.shop, bombalts.com, or alts.rip get away completely unharmed when Mojang can get these websites taken down so how do these websites avoid getting into legal trouble?

    It's a grey area in the EU due to Oracle vs Usedsoft, so they can't easily take them down over there

    Most of the rules they write are their own eula, to put it simply if you aren't opted in to their eula, you aren't subject to those rules. Anything that Mojang would be taking you down for or legal action has to directly do with copyright or other illegal reasons.

    Sites like that aren't taken down for a number of reasons such as that they don't violate any copyright or that they ignore DMCA requests.
    The websites avoid getting into legal trouble because i would imagine that it's not worth it to go after these people.
