    It's blatant, but if you want to, I'll ask your clients to provide sample code from key elements of our software, indicating that you, indeed, skidded/stole other peoples' code without permission.

    Just by looking at the frontend you can tell, but as I don't have access to any of the backends from the sites that he's worked on, I can't directly prove alone that it is.
