I got asked to make this plugin and decided to release it.

This will probably not be updated unless i see a good suggestion.
What does it do?
It allows you to place water in the nether.
Why would this be useful?
This could be used on a survival server to get easy access to obsidian generation in the nether. Or for a Faction server to make nether bases.
I want something added!
