    I'm offering loans to anyone, between amounts of $1 up to $20. By accepting a loan from me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.

    1) All loans will be given via PayPal Goods & Services.
    2) All loans will be returned via PayPal Friends & Friends
    3) All loans must be returned within 14 days.
    4) If you are unable to return it on the deadline, you will be charged $1 extra each day it's late.
    5) A PayPal dispute will be opened after 14 days, unless you notify me that you need an extension.

    So what if someone seeks 100$ loan than needs to pay back 150 but just never pays back?

    First of all, I'd never loan somebody $100. Second of all, I'd open a dispute.

    $12 is not nearly enough of a return for a 14 day waiting period. If you'd do $15, I'd loan you.
