    I have a spare dedicated server I am currently not using and think it would be a better idea if I rent it out privately. Specs of the server are shown below

    • Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition (Not Activated) (Can change to Linux)
    • 32GB DDR2 RAM
    • 64-Bit Operating System
    • Dual-Core AMD Opteron Processor 2016 2.40GHz (2 processors)
    • Dynamic IP and no DDoS protection meaning you would need to use a service like CloudFlare. (Can offer reversed proxies)
    • Full access to the server
    • Internet speeds - 19MS Ping, 62Mbps Download, 19Mbps Upload.
    • 500GB Sata Hard Drive (can be upgraded on request)
    • UPS (Backup Power) On both the router and server

    I am taking offers, price is paid monthly just like any other host.
