    By requesting a loan from Me, you are subject to the following terms and conditions:​

    ​
    1. No chargebacks will be filed by you under ANY circumstances​

    2. I reserve the right to demand a refund or chargeback at any point for any reason I see fit or if I feel that I am not going to be receiving the loan back.​
    3. I reserve the right to deny your loan for any reason I see fit​
    4. Loan will be sent via G&S and sent back to me in F&F​
    5. A neutral reputation will be given to you during the duration of time that the loan is pending.​
    6. You may not take out any other loans without contacting me first during this period.​
    7. A late fee of $10 USD a day will be applied.​
    8. I expect that you will keep reliable contact with me over the period of the loan.​
    9. I reserve the right to change these terms or add to them in any way I see fit without any prior notice or agreement.​
    10. If any clauses of this TOS are found to be non-binding or non-upholdable, all others still apply​

    What you need the loan for: at may 3rd 2018 i have my friends birthday he really wanted a google play giftcard but im having some budget issues i want to get him like 10$ giftcard im rn havin in my pocket $5 and i will return with the money i recieve
