    1. I don't know if he has the requirements to leave me a positive feedback, and I didn't think of doing so.
    2. Of course I know he's legit. He gave me NordVPN's and I sold him multiple accounts. I know he won't scam.
    3. Does that even change anything?

    He has every right to vouch. I've given him stuff and bought from him. I could have charged back but I didn't.
