    Disallow Business Account Credit Farming


    We don't really know much about these "credits" or their uses, but some members have already started messing with them. I was able to get quite a few credits off of my business accounts (I have multiple), and that's sort of farming.

    If possible, I think transferring "money/credits" from a business -> personal accounts should be monitored/limited.

    I'll go ahead and prevent business accounts from using the credit system, moving this to pending until I am home to implement it.
