    Devouch, user lost my spotify keys (Him or his staff closed my ticket that has the keys in em, without asking me first) and is refusing to give me any replacements. I opened a ticket asking for my keys back, his staff then makes an announcement stating that we should copy our keys and what not, and acts like that announcement has always been there, and tries to pin the blame on me. He then AGAIN tried to close my ticket without asking me, and proceeds to ban me. DO NOT USE!
