    Dec 9, approx 3:48 AM:
    Joins discord, ticket bot is dead,
    Tried dming zetcal, dms off.
    Dming Bomber instead

    Dec 9, 3:54 AM:
    Gets reply "It’s currently down"

    Dec 9, 1:06 PM:
    Asks Bomber "So how would I get replacements if the tickets are down...?"
    No response as of Dec 12, 12:24 AM

    Dec 10, 6:00 PM:
    Ticket bot becomes online, I open a ticket to get replacements

    Dec 10, 6:01 PM:
    Inputs Order ID, explains issue

    Dec 12, 12:27 AM:
    Still no reply in ticket, warranty long gone because of their issues.
