Dispute message unclickable due to unviewable/processing claim

Removal/only viewable if disputes are open to the public.

When I click "view disputes", nothing happens. This is most likely because the thread is not processed to the point where it's not publicly on the forum. Whilst it is a decent pre-warning, it only shows for 2 seconds on the message board refresh and it's pointless until the dispute is officially open.

Also it's supposed to have the bug report flair rather than suggestion. I guess you can have both if this was intended in the first place as a pre-warning.

 

Even with the dispute open the button does nothing.
