    Make, new users wait some period of time. At least 12 hours to 2 days in order to post a thread.



    This is so staff members or the mctrades bot can pick up whether an account is an alt or not. This is so scammer can't just keep making accounts after accounts and keep scamming. If you make a short cooldown period for new users, a couple of hours or one or two days, it will not hurt anyone. If someone really wants to seriously start selling, they should be able to wait a couple of hours or a few days. This is also so these scammers can't vouch on their own threads when someone accuses them of scamming to misguide people. Too many people are scamming on this forum and its sad.

    Thank you for your suggestion Gresba. I thought this was a great idea and have just finished implementing it. Accounts must be registered for a minimum of 48 hours to be able to post replies/threads, react to post, etc.
