Suggestion Order ID section or Private/Public section for disputes

    Order ID section or Private/Public section for disputes


    When making a dispute put another input section where you can input the order ID (If Applicable) or any private information and that order ID will only be visible to the person who created the dispute, the person who the dispute is against and the staff members in charge of the disputes.



    Why? I see a flawed system in the disputes. A lot of people are posting their order IDs but this is flawed because anyone can now view these disputes and access that order ID and contact the seller for replacements/view on the product/refunds to another PayPal email or payment method without actually purchasing or deserving these reimbursement.

    If this is implemented, make a header or little pop-up saying "DO NOT POST ORDER IDs, IN THE PUBLIC INFORMATION SECTION"
