    Bought 300 nfa only 1 on 10 worked , Went on discord for a remplacement its been one days , Staff doesnt want to answer ticket ( Talking about
    frenzy , the toxic one Complaining about not being able to play videogame when he own a shop that sell alt that doesnt work and doesnt replace ) Multiple ppl have been asking in discord for remplacement and nothing happen.

    NotFreezy doesn't own a shop and isn't getting paid or anything. He's has the 'friend' rank in our server and sometimes wants to help people. He got a little bit stressed because of the amount of tickets that where opened.

    Alts are okay but customer service is the worst by far. Only superjay204 has access to alts. A ticket response could be up to 2 weeks no lie!

    Hi, as you can read on our website there is a big delay on tickets. It can take up to 2-3 maybe even 4 days for us to reply. We're sorry for this and working on a solution at the moment!

    As stated on our site it can take up to 2-3 days for us to reply. New tickets are at the moment helped faster (max 24 hours for a reply) and we're working on it, we also want to get our 24/7 support back. I hope you can understand this and we really wanna help you. Its impossible it took 2 weeks!

    Dont lie pls , Bought ur alt the 10/04 . 1/10 Worked (Im unlucky ok np ) Made a ticket for remplacement got it replaced a weeks after 17/04 . Made another ticket cuz alt didnt work Once again.We are the 25/04 And no remplacement yet . Pls dont lie about ur 2-3 days .

    I got unlucky for alts , it happen , but You are literally alone on ur staff team Being friendly / Doing things . every other staff member of ur shop are dog . Change ur support member .
