I think its better to rename it to Scam Report, because Scam Report is more common word than a Disputes and makes people understand it quickly what is it about.
A bit on both sides on this one. A "scam report" is more specific compared to a "dispute". A "dispute" can also handle person to person issues that are not really a "scam", but most people do prefer "scam report".
Disputes basically mean disputing a scam. It's like a PayPal dispute. You never know if the person is innocent therefore it shouldn't be a scam immediately.
Despite most Disputes being a Scam case, we prefer to call them "disputes" because they are not always scamming issues. In the Dispute section, we allow people to report other issues, as well as the "scammers" option to pay back/refund the scammed user. We also allow people to explain the situation and each persons side of the story. Suggestion Denied, sorry ;/
