    Always a good idea to provide proof that you have the mentioned product. If it is physical, take a picture of the card, slip of paper, or receipt and cover any sensitive information along with add your username on the side such as on a slip of paper. If it is digitalized, you can provide the email receipt and type your username in any available textfield along with photoshopping out any sensitive information. :)
