    The starting price is quite clearly stated as $10, your post is ridiculous and I highly doubt that they will accept your offer.

    Advertisement has been up for almost a week with no replies, doesn't have a good name history and it has about $40 worth of ranks. Everyone says that ranks on here are worth 10% of their original value so I think my offer is reasonable.
