Diamond Tag Adds Diamond Upgrade to the store. If you buy diamond, then emerald you get both tags, if you only buy emerald (same price) you only get 1 tag.
You can make a support ticket and get both ranks if you've purchased Emerald (this isn't a suggestion, it's already implemented).
Not really, you have to make a ticket to do a lot of things like changing the color of your group tag.
if you Purchased Emerald, you get the emerald tag, if you purchased diamond & emerald you get both tags because you purchased both of them. Common sense lol.

Actually it does, 99.99% of the time it will be accepted, but Anti does have to make sure it's good to go.
As Goldie said, it's not really a bug. If you purchase Emerald, you will simply get the Emerald banner, if you purchase both you receive both. I know many people don't like to have many banners which is why they buy Emerald directly, however if you would like the Diamond one after purchasing Emerald, make a support ticket and I will help you out.
