I know where you got this idea but it can very easily become spammy and even slow down the website if it becomes overused. I'll leave this up until I've spoken to some developers to see if it's a possibility.
The addition of the "Thicc" group banner slowed the site down, now it was only a fraction of a second for just 2 users but if every Emerald rank on the site did this it would cause a lot more latency that is unneeded. I could see this being a feature instead of usergroups, but personally I'd prefer to have a usergroup animated banner over some graphics around my profile picture.
