Complete PulsePVP - domain, logo, files - 300+ playerbase

I will put this at the top, as this is the only thing people will read. I will go first.

What and why am I selling?:

I am selling PulsePVP with the domain and files. I have obtained this from user "Lost" but have found myself to not have time to focus on the server as my school starts literally, tomorrow. I also have no time to try to manage to increase performance on the server and don't have any staff that I'd like to use.

I am also including the logos and banners that were made for the server. You can find these on google images, as I am unable to post links that would be able to guide you to them. Sadly, Lost had no website files, and I am unaware as to where to buy them to include, and I don't want to set up xenforo by myself, though if purchased I will give you the license that I have.

Lastly, I will include the trailers that were made for the server, there are a few different versions that can easily be editted to fit each persons needs, and will be perfect for drawing attention.

Finally I will talk about the files that I will sell, there are custom builds on the hub and hcf, and I will NOT be making a test server for them. The core is a custom iHCF fork, it is able to hold near 800 people, as that was the amount that was on for SOTW.

Next I will talk about what else is included:

Hosting will be included though only one server. Before I had bought this, I planned on creating an HCF server, which was the main reason I bought this, though at the owners command, I will include the hosting I planned to use to bring back around 30-40 players, which is hosted at Anvilnode for 3 months, expiring 9/26, so quite a bit of time left.

Other domains with traffic but with no files. I will include all other domains on the account that pulsepvp.org is listed on, I honestly want to move on from minecraft, and I would love to sell the other domains I have, if you want to buy, PM me and I will gladly include the account.

I will talk about the different servers and what is included:
HCF - In HCF there are beautiful builds, nearly 50% of the plugins are custom coded to fit the server's needs, and it has already set up crates, permissions, ranks, buycraft, and more.

Hub - A beautiful custom built hub (sadly leaked w/ worlddownload), paid and custom plugins to make the hub smooth, and some nice effects that go well with PulsePVP

Proxy - Simple proxy server setup, nothing special, no custom plugins.

If you read the thread, it says I purchased this from Lost, and have recieved all files from him, aswell as tested them, they do infact work and I have everything to prove that I have obtained them, also, I plan on going first, therefore how in any way, could I scam with this?
