    A bit late of a response on here but I decided I should respond in public. Just because Selly said we were online doesn't mean someone from support was able to respond or look at your ticket. We did respond within a reasonable amount of time, and we have been keeping up with tickets very promptly recently. Trust me when I say no one is trying to scam you of your 50-99 cent purchase.

    Responded to everyone, Im running my accounts again because it seems a lot have been disabled and also may switch to a different shop platform as the other half of the problems is caused by selly not sending emails for whatever reason.
