Remove Ads Upgrade

    Google Ads. is still experimental for our site. We are yet to determine if it's staying or not. Hence if it does stay we will for sure look into implementing this!

    As Munchie said, we're still experimenting with Google Ads. I have it in my mind to make it removable with the purchase of either Diamond or Emerald in the future.

    Really suggest that it just gets taken out completely. I think it's weird donating for something that you can fix yourself with adblocker. Although that too is a pain. It should just be taken out to make the site advertisement free.

    Personally, I think it's a good way for non-donators to potentially give the site some small amounts of revenue.

    Would this be convenient however? The ad blocker will also slow down loading slightly as it has to scan the site's code.

    EDIT:
    The ads actually make the site seem unsecure with certain ads.

    I rather have long loading time then pop up ads all the time. It gets pretty annoying.
