    I am looking to start a server. I used to own an OP- prison server but i am wondering if that is still popular or worth it? Thanks guys :D

    No, Prison servers do not run well. Unless you do a network with Skyblock, Prison, etc. it will not work out. If it's not p2w, it's going to fall short of players. Prison and HCF servers are also very toxic.

    There's really no room for any new servers, as it's hard to grow. Almost everything has already been done.

    If you're looking to do something single server, Skyblock and Factions are really the only logically options at this time.

    Custom minigames is the only option unless you want a factions server which will be rated number 24902 on a mc server list

    Want money? P2W Facs Server
    Want no cheaters? Skyblock
    Want absolutely no players? Minigames
    Want a playerbase? Buy an HCF or Factions server.
