    Posting Threads and Messages
    • Why can't I post in the Minecraft Accounts section(s)?
    • Why can't I leave feedback/reputation on someone's profile?
      • We currently require that members reach the following thresholds in order to gain access to the trade feedback system:
        • A Fair Amount of Messages
        • Registered for One Month
        • General Post Activity
        • Relatively Low Warning Point/Warning Count
        • A Handful of Positive Post Ratings
        • A Few Trophy Points
      • Once you reach these checkpoints, you'll automatically gain the ability to leave feedback.
    Account Promotions and General Questions
    • What is Obsidian, and how do I get it?
      • Obsidian is a rank given to members after meeting the following qualifications:
        • Be registered for at least 30 days;
        • May not have a caution banner or account limitations;
        • At least 50 messages or threads;
        • Have 25 or more trophy points;
        • At least 15 positive post ratings (e.g. likes);
        • No more than 15 warning points;
      • Members with the obsidian rank obtain the following abilities:
        • "Up" a thread every 12 hours rather than every 24 by default;
        • Create new content tags;
        • View their history;
        • Create up to 2 business accounts;
        • Rate more threads per day with an increased edit/deletion time limit;
        • Change their username once;
        • Use the /giphy command in chat;
        • Create custom commands, simple shortcuts to instantly paste in one's own text.
      • Once you reach these qualifications, you will automatically be added to the group. Staff and those with Diamond or Emerald cannot be in Obsidian.
    • I bought a cool name color/upgrade. How do I switch my displayed color to that?
    Forum Management
    • I need my <thread/profile post/wall post> deleted.
      • Please report your own thread and state the reason as "Delete", our staff team will get to your request within 48 hours. Please avoid contacting our staff team directly for these purposes. You may also upgrade to our Emerald rank to delete your own threads along with manage your profile posts along with others on your profile.
    MCTrades Management
    • Can I become staff on MCTrades?
      • Our management team handpicks all team members. To become a staff member, please do not ask our management team to do so but instead become an exemplary member.
