Complete (PAID) Searching for an experienced plugin developer.

I'm in search of one experienced, reputable, and professional developer. I currently have a brand new Minecraft server in the works, and I need somebody behind it that can help me make it happen.

I take risks, and I'm not going to follow the bandwagon of HCF, UHC and Factions servers. This is new, unique, and original. With originality for anything, comes a need for somebody to make it happen.

Requirements:
- At least 14 years of age.
- English-speaking.
- Creative, imaginative, and open-minded.
- Outstanding reputation.
- Experience with Java and coding.
- Ability to work and get along with me, and people below you.

Payment:
This job, like many others, pays. It can pay well, too. But if you wish to be handed those big bucks, you have to put in the good work. Payment will be discussed in private.
