These regulations have been set to reinforce policies in which we have set along with provide protection for users of MCTrades from potential threats or providing free labor unwillingly.
All contests and giveaways created must adhere to the following regulations:
Referral links in which provide a discount to the general public may not be posted as a giveaway.
The ending date(s) along with the reward date(s) must be specified within the thread.
Contests must end on specified ending date(s) and rewards must be given out by the specified reward date(s).
Items in which are not intended to be given away may not be posted. You must have evidence of proof of the ability to provide the product or service mentioned.
Minecraft account giveaways must have the account linked to MCTrades.
When giving away funds, available payment gateways in which the payment will be sent out through must be specified. (PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc)
Winners must be announced within the thread before it is closed.
The asking of registrations/visits/joins/followers/subscribers/reputation/vouches is prohibited unless there is no chance in which they would impact giveaway results.
Link shorteners links in which provide the poster with funding may not be advertised in any way shape or form.
Payment may not be requested unless the party initially receiving the profit donates 80% or more of the profit to a reputable philanthropy organization such as the Red Cross. Proof of donating must be provided before the contest/giveaway is completed. The difference between what has been referenced as "profit" and the total received funds should only be fees set out by the payment gateway.

The giveaway prize must be clearly announced.
All contests/giveaways must follow MCTrades global rules.
If a contest/giveaway is in violation of these terms, please report it using the report button in the bottom of the original post within the thread or create a ticket. When creating a ticket, please reference the contest/giveaway's thread identification number.
