    1.) What are rebates? A rebate is a return of part of the original payment for a service, merchandise, or promotion offered by a company. For example, a company offers a $2 rebate after a purchase of 3 cereals. Our rebates come in the form of prepaid Visa gift cards.

    2.) How long will I have to wait in order to receive my rebate? It will take an approximate 10 business days in order to receive your rebate. It is recommended to check your mailbox everyday after your rebate has been fulfilled.

    3.) What should I do after I receive my rebate? Upon receiving your rebate in the mail, an activation on the card is required to make purchases and payments. You can activate your card at www.myprepaidcenter.com.

    4.) My rebate status shows up as "Invalid." what should I do? Rebates are often marked invalid due to an error made during submission. For any reason that your rebate is deemed invalid, open a new ticket and send us a message describing your issue.

    5.) Am I able to track my rebate? 24 hours after your purchase, a tracking number is provided in your email address to view the status of your rebate. There are three status indicators which are pending, in process, and fulfilled. Once your rebate is marked as fulfilled, you should receive your rebate in approximately 3-5 business days.

    6.) Am I able to order as many rebates on the same address? There is a limit of $340 worth of rebates per address. If you wish to purchase more than $340 in rebates, a different address is required to make your purchase.

    7.) When do my card(s) expire? After your rebate is fulfilled, your prepaid card will remain active and working for six months before it is unusable.

    8.) Which payment methods can we use? Currently, we only use PayPal (friends & family) and Bitcoin for our transactions.
