HelpCenter : Elixir Staff
We are seeking both writers and vid specialists to join our team, this is a PAID position.
As a writer you are good at writing and love to write, you would help us create articles for how to's and stuff, especially plugin tutorials and general server tutorials. It does require you to do a good bit of research on stuff you do not know.
As a vid specialist you'll record tutorials such as plugin tutorials and how to's, must be good at and confident in video recording with your voice and a good editor.

Support Agent : Support Staff
As a support agent you will start by answering support tickets and then the higher you go in tiers you'll get more access/power such as LiveChat, on-site Helpdesk etc. This position is voluntary until you reach a high enough tier to get a monthly payment.

If you are rejected at the application stage (for support) or at the trial phase (for helpcenter) then you will no longer be permitted to apply for any future ElixirNode staff positions indefinitely unless otherwise told. If you do not have couple hours of free time on a daily basis please do not consider any position.
